The latest version of CamStream (http://www.smcc.demon.nl/camstream/) does.
It seems YUV422 is the same as YUYV, so it uses the same transformation 
(somebody correct me if this is wrong; unfortunately it seems like these 
palettes got added to V4L1 without realizing they are doubles).
