According to the PCMCIA card list, IBM Japan produces or produced a video capture card that has GNU/Linux drivers. I've never seen one, have no idea how well it works. But it's likely to be composite input if not s-video.

That's all I remember. The PCMCIA docs will give you the same information I could look up about it.
