I have these artifacts with an Intel 850 P4 board too. Overlay is clean
but when doing "grabdisplay", with or without "-noxv"-switch, I get these
black lines in right half of the image. It is display related, because
recording with streamer or mp1e four channels, 25fps, 768x576 at the same
time works just fine (thou load is quite heavy). The graphics board is
Matrox G550. Grabdisplaying gives these artifacts even when grabbing with
just one card.
