  Sure, one problem is setting the refresh rate, but even worse is
making sure you have a 1-1 frame-refresh mapping on your output (this is
what I meant).  Just having the data and framerate the same isn't
enough, you need to make sure you're double buffering correctly, and
that the application is in sync with the video.
