Hi,

I'm trying to setup V4L to run on my PC, running RedHat 7.2.
Being in Australia, I need to use PAL standard video. 

After installing V4L, it appears to be working, however I believe I 
have a frequency problem because the image is appearing without
colour. 

Note, if I try running NTSC video it works fine, if I then try running
PAL video it loses colour and flickers.

How can I change the frequency to comply with Australian standards.
