That's interesting... I don't know anything about your version of the
FlyVideo2000 :( Life's fun when marketoids play fast and loose with
model names and numbers.

Did you try using 'xawtv -noxv' though? No effect?
Also, what is your version of xawtv?

I think you'd need to enable debug mode (via insmod/modprobe options,
or in /etc/modules.conf) and post some output from dmesg. I'm not familiar
with the bttv driver so you'll have to dig around for the right
parameters.
