Hello!

I have a Logitech Quickcam 3000 Pro, and i have troubles getting my usb ports
to see that it's connected.

The problems started when i was using kernel 2.4.9 on RedHat 7.2, i had it
working properly with the pwc drivers that comes with the kernel, and using
the pwcx driver to uncompress the data from the cam. But after running the
cam for a while, i got a error message (in /var/log/messages) about the cam
doing something bad, and that the port was disabled, so i rebooted. And it
continued working for a while. Then stopped.

Now i've updated my kernel too 2.4.19-pre6, and when i plug the camera, i don't
get any message about a new device connected.
I have a Logitech Mouseman Wheel USB, and it works just fine. When i unplug it
i get:
Apr 15 11:30:02 gandalf kernel: usb.c: USB disconnect on device 2

and when i replug it i get:
Apr 15 11:30:06 gandalf kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/2, assigned device number 3
Apr 15 11:30:06 gandalf kernel: input0: Logitech USB Mouse on usb1:3.0

But when i unplug/replug my cam i get nothing.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening ?

Im on a i386 machine.
