Yes, the hardware is the same. But now that you mentoned Xv I
remembered to look at loadaded XFree86 modules. And guess what
I found: I did forget to load the v2l module. After adding it
to the XFree86 configuration file and restart the XFree86
server I got the expected behaviour on Skipjack: no restriction
on the tv image size (except that the aspect ratio is kept).
