Looks to be a M168T + M168A (BG & DK)

As noted, I was screwing myself using audiomux=1 &
audioall=1

All looks good now with:

options bttv            card=41 radio=1 bttv_verbose=2 gbuffers=32 
bttv_debug=1 automute=0  bttv_debug=1 v4l2=1 tuner=28

(except btaudio, but that's another dream)
