My silly rambling/opinion/concerns is a 
"wide view"/justification for such "paranoias"
(As they sad, the financial problems are not insignificant)

and since this affects me (running and writting
GPL'ed [stalled though ;-(] software) and all 
the software/firmware/hardware usually mentioned in 
this list with their respective authors and owners..

..it seems to be a bit ON topic and relevant while
concerning the impact on the whole. Not less and
not beyond too. Just concerns to be alert.

What the below exactly means I couldn't figure out...

The Broadcast team is making a really remarkable work.
They have my credits and my sympathy with their concerns.
