reducing electrical interferance with internal tuners

Hello all,

I have an ATI TV-Wonder in my machine and it works fabulously with
bttv 0.8.34. The one problem I am having with it though is electrical
interference.

On a lot of stations (more of the higher numbered stations, but one or
two low numbered stations too), there is this (electrical) "noise" in
the picture that looks like:

+------------------------------------------------+
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \|
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| |\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \|
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| |\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \|
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| |\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ |
| | \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \|
+------------------------------------------------+

The left side is pretty clear, noise free, but then there is a
veritcal line of noise with diagonal lines (approx. 30 degree angle)
of noise running from the vertical line of noise to the right edge of
the picture.

I have moved the card to slot closest to the bottom of the computer
and moved the other cards as far away as possible -- to no avail.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this interference?

b.
