ffserver problem

Has anyone gotten ffserver to successfully stream video in any format to a
windows client? I've got ffmpeg apparently working fine, in that it
creates mpegs just fine from my BTTV v4l device.

I then run ffserver, and point my ffmpeg stream at the ffserver as
suggested in the docs. The ffserver sees requests from clients, and the
clients seem to be 'trying' to load the stream, but they never come up
with anything. Windows media player just sits there. Realplayer starts
'buffering' but the buffering number of seconds left only goes up, not
down.

Any ideas? If this isn't a good place to ask about this I'd appreciate
any suggestions.

Thanks!

Ben
