UKP 99, region free. Of course its probably illegal to import one from the
free world into the USA.

I've done tests at 720x576 and 352x288 and both look ok. If I capture a 
scrolling scene from an NTSC DVD at 25fps then I see glitchings in the
panning which are normally ok, but a slow pan makes unpleasantly visible.
