Please help out with Pixelview PlayTV pro with FM

Hello

I have a RH7.2 with default kernel (2.4.7-...) on a BP6 with dual Celeron 366 running at 416. I've been trying to make my pixelview card run since 2 days and I still can't work it out. When I try xawtv 3.64, I don't get any channels (well, I get something, but it is of VERY VERY bad quality). It is the same for sound (I get the usual sound where there should be no channels but where the channels should be, I have really bad quality sound). And neither do I get channels with with scantv. I m in France and I use SECAM norm. i m sure of my antenna, because of friend of mine tried it out with his tv-card.

I'm fairly new to linux, so any help would be appreciated..
