Hi,

I'm using bttv driver for capturing video image and have a problem.
I have a video camera and a video capture card made in Japan, so I use
XawTV or other application (e.g. EffecTV, my project:) with setting NTSC-JP
norm. Then, there is a narrow (about 4 pixels) black column on the right
side of captured image.

I think that I can eliminate this black column by tuning the parameters of
tvnorms[], but I cannot realize the meaning of each parameter. Can anyone
advice me how to tune them for getting good image?

I hope that those parameters can be configurable from application.

Regards,
