I am working on this for my senior design project.  The webpage might be
down right now, but it is http://toonarchive.com/karin.  There should be an
early beta released in a week or so.  (Windows only at the moment).

Out code right now does a lot more than VCR's can, such as station logo
detection, audio fingerprinting, and a profile system.
