There is a driver for the matrox card that handle scaling but is for
RRG addon card for video. With this driver all the scaling of the g200
is used.

There was once support for output a memory area to the screen scaled
but it has not been used in a long time. This was done to support
livid stuff. If this would be of help I can look into supporting
it again. There is not app that using bttv code for grabbing/display
images and known how to scaling v4l interface on a graphic card.
