	The Axis NetEye is a uClinux device, if that counts :)

	I'm sure you can use the Sony, if someone has decoded the VISCA
commands well enough for you to write software to do it. there's a lot
of webcam software out there.

	Pretty sure, unless you want stereo or fm radio.
