IMHO the root of the problem is the lack of an established standard for
MJPG. Grabber X says it produces MJPG, editor Y says it uses MJPG,
player Z says it accepts MJPG, but they are all incompatible. Of course,
there are a number of ongoing efforts in that direction, but methinks
the remedy might be worse than the illness...
