I have a Pyro Webcam. I could not set it up with xawtv. Is there any
note on it? (it works with coriander but not with xawtv).

Thanks

Also, please insert a link into some exhaustive list of V4L
applications.
Nice ones could be:

http://alpha.dyndns.org/ov511/apps.html
http://www.ee.oulu.fi/~tuukkat/quickcam/APPLICATIONS
(the latter should be put into Quickcam SF project pages,
blame our web admin who isn't)

qce-ga: not planned to support 2.6.x (qc-usb should replace it)
        (but patches welcomed, always)
qc-usb: will have 2.6.x support. Right now CVS version has rudimentary
support but it must be improved. Support for 2.2.x and 2.4.x
will
        stay.

I'm not pushing qc-usb for inclusion into kernel (and even less qce-ga)
because it does format conversions which isn't allowed. But without that
we wouldn't have application support.
