  Your dual monitor setup is what is likely causing problems.  Your PCI
graphics card does not have the bandwidth to support the data rate that
tvtime requires.  As well, your ATI card has only 8MB which may be
causing problems if you are running at a high resolution.

  Please first try to get it working on a single head setup with JUST
the AGP card.  As well, please send me your /var/log/XFree86.0.log file.

  Why is it using tuner=-1 ?  This does not look right.  You should post
your full dmesg log, I bet something is also wrong here.
