Does V4l (or v4l2) support the ImpactVCB card? It appears that this card can take 4 composite video signal inputs. Can I use all of these with v4l/ If so can I switch between the sources with software? How fast is this switching? I wan to capture 4 streams at about 1 frame per second, so each frame would need to be selected, sampled, and saved in 1/4 of a second. Is this reasonable expectation? Or would I be better off with multiple capture cards?
