Hi Christian,

the saa7130 chip also supported by the saa7134 driver is mono. All
saa7134 chips (with tda9887 or not, depends on the tuner) are supposed
to have finally working stereo at 32000Hz. My md9717 and FV3K are stereo
and even at 32000Hz the sound is excellent. 48000 is not implemented.

You have test5 without additional kraxelpatch and therefore driver
version 0.2.8., but that should be stereo too. Maybe someone with a
Cinergy 400 can tell more.
