There's problem with ska3 patch included in kraxel full patch. Do another patch on a clean kernel tree but use only 
19_videodev25-2.4.22.diff
20_v4l2-2.4.22.diff.gz
30_btaudio-2.4.22.diff
30_bt832-2.4.22.diff

instead of full patch-2.4.22-kraxel.gz
