The shared interrupts shouldn't be a problem, but the VIA chipset might be.
I had to abandon my last VIA board (Soyo - P4VDA) because of persistant
PCI bus errors when using bt878 capture boards.

An internet search reveals that PCI problems are common with alot of
different
VIA chipsets, particularly running Linux.
