Hermann,
I tried the link you gave me about the FV2K and this made it so that I
did not need to specify the tuner when installing the module. I looked
at my tuner, and it is about 85mmx35mm (I measured it in inches and then
converted it, so that explains the error). The main chip on the card is
an "SAA7133HL/101" There is also a "sonix" chip (external sound chip)?

I tried modprobe saa7134 gpio_tracking=1 (coudln't find gpio_debug).
Here is what dmesg reports after that
saa7130/34: v4l2 driver version 0.2.9 loaded

When I look at dmesg for saa7134, I get this message:
dmesg|grep saa7134
saa7134: no version magic, tainting kernel.

Any other ideas?

Thanks again for your time - I really appreciate it!
