No msp34xx visible on my card here, just a empty solder point where it looks like that chip goes. You probably are familiar with the image at: http://home.t-online.de/home/gunther.mayer/bttv/118-1897_IMG_Pinnacle_PCTV_mt2032-ntsc.JPG

I ran this from my bttv-0.7.97 tree with the Pinnacle PCTV patches you sent earlier. (If I should run a different version of detect and eeprom, let me know):
