ioctl VIDIOCSYNC: Invalid argumentioctl VIDIOMCAPTURE: Invalid argument

Hi everybody,

When i try to run vic under madrake-8.1, i get the
following error message:

[root@stagiaire lamine]# ./vic 10.0.0.238/10000
V4l: trying /dev/video0... ok, Philips 740 webcam
V4l:   color; size: 160x120 => 640x480
V4l:   ports: Webcam
V4l:   depth=24, palette=yuv420P
V4l:  ==> format { 411 422 cif } size { small large
cif } port { Webcam } type {auto pal ntsc secam}
V4l: trying /dev/video1... open: No such file or
directory
V4l: trying /dev/video2... open: No such file or
directory
V4l: trying /dev/video3... open: No such file or
directory
ioctl VIDIOCSYNC: Invalid argument
ioctl VIDIOMCAPTURE: Invalid argument
[root@stagiaire lamine]#

i had the same problem with redhat-7.3.

Could someone help me solve this problem?
