It seems that grabber cards are rather touchy when it comes to video
signal stability. I encountered this problem while feeding Bt878 with
video that went thru a twisted pair transmitter/receiver pair. On the
service monitor it looked good, but Brooktree had problems locking
to the signal. Tweak them knobs if there are any!
