The saa7134 initializes the chip with the first input
(saa7134_boards[card]->inputs[0], i.e. Television) + audio muted.

Hmm, that shouldn't happen.  mute+input switching is done in one
function because 7130-chips can't mute and the driver "mutes" by
switching to a unused audio input.  Neverless it shouldn't switch to
another input on mute with 7134 hardware ...
