o I had the same or similar problem with a 67016 on 2.4.9-ac12.

o I got the camera to (mostly) work by replacing the 0.23 revision of
  the se401 driver with an older, 0.20, version.  I have no idea
  what's going on, and received no response from the maintainer to a
  posting in linux-usb-users.
