Askey CPH033 works as card 55

Hello Gerd,

Could you please add Askey CPH033 to the list of cards?
It works as card 55 with kernel 2.4.10 (bttv 0.7.72).
Tuner is detected as Temic PAL (4002 FH5), while actually it
is 4012 FY5 (I see there is already such tuner in the bttv-0.7.81).
