I had the same problem with a hauppauge wintv pci/fm w/ ATI Rage128 on Mandrake Linux beta. Solid lockup on first frame from xawtv. The latetest beta doesn't show the problem though, so I guess the problem was the xfree86 version. -- - Torgeir
