On my NTSC FlyVideo98 card, I use card 30, tuner 9 and pll 0
That's for the US, so YMMV.

Yes, that's because I don't have anyting to connect to to those inputs. :)
If I saw random noise instead of blue color, I'd know something else is
wrong.
