I thought the driver captured both fields if you are doing just overlay...
If you're capturing at the same time as overlay, then one field is used
for the capture and the other does the overlay. So you *do* get the full
vertical resolution at fullscreen (otherwise you wouldn't get the motion
artefacts!)
