Hi, everyone

I just bought a USB TV/FM Radio tuner from Nogatech called USBTV.
I would like to have it working in linux and I read that Zoran bought
Nogatech some time ago. I think there are some drivers and software to
use this Zoran cards in linux but I cannot find how to install them
anywhere...

USB TV capture drivers are almost completely different from PCI/ISA drivers. Some of the code (tuner and video decoder code) should be similar, but the rest will have to be written from scratch if it doesn't already exist.

I have tried to find information about how to configure and maybe try to
set up this thing but the help in the web about it is very disperse.

This is almost definitely based on the NT1003/NT1004 (NT probably stands for NogaTech), which has a driver available at http://software.freepage.de/usbvision/ <http://software.freepage.de/usbvision/>

Could anybody indicate a place to get a Howto or a FAQ about TV and linux?? Have anybody experimented with this kind of card (or similar USB/TV configuration) on linux??

I have a capture device (Lifeview USB CapView) that is supported by the ov511 driver. It doesn't have a tuner, but it can capture 320x240 from composite or S-Video at 7.5 FPS. Hardware compression support should eventually allow for 25-30 FPS. The NT1003/NT1004 should be very similar in terms of performance.
