Ahah - the dreaded "ground loop" 60Hz hum strikes again!

No cheap and easy fix that I know of. :-(  Expensive fixes include:
- video isolation transformers 
- video-over-fiber transmission 

Cheaper but with some quality sacrifice:
- modulate the video onto RF (Channel 3 or a cable channel), and use a tuner.
