I bought one last weekend. Haven't done any recording, but that's strictly a software thing as far as I can see. Works well for me. Receives ntsc,pal,secam. Stereo. Mine came with a remote, which works almost out-of-the-box if you install lirc. I'm using the latest 0.7-series bttv, 2.4.2 kernel, i2c 2.5.5, and the lastest stable xawtv. My video card is an ATI xpert128.
