[V4L] tvmixer module in kernel 2.4.0-test7

Hi,

Recently I upgraded my rh6.2 box with xfree4.0.1 and the 2.4.0-test7
development kernel. Everything compiled without a single problem :-)
The only problem I have is that my soundmixer of the TV-card is gone.
I've been reading about the tvmixer module and found some insmod agruments.
When I insmod the driver, it says it's unused (lsmod).
I have TV-sound, just the mixer is gone. This is quite troublesome for some
applications (bcast2000 only records video now).

I'm using the alsa-drivers for sound whish worked before for me with the
msp3400 mixer options.
Since documentation on the tvmixer module is quite bad (it's new) I hope
someone can help me out a little.

Is there anyone out there who's been using the tvmixer module with success ?

The card I'm using is a hauppauge wintv (so msp3400 for sound).

Thanks,
Marcel Janssen
