Hi, thank you that you took over on this issue. As i already wrote the combination test of all tuners/plls using scantv doesn't find any working configuration. I don't know if the tuner code is read from the chipset directly or guessed by the driver. In first case i even fear they didn't update that information. Unfortunally the card don't have any little serial or string to determine the new chipset. In fact it is the same one like the working one except for the red board ( I had both, working one stopped working on burned out tuner 3 days after installation, the one i got from pinnacle (Conrad Elektronik) didn't work in any case and had a red board instead of a green one.
