AYTTM (http://ayttm.sourceforge.net), successor of everybuddy instant messenger, claims to support yahoo webcam via libyahoo2 (as I read in the CVS changelog, people even tried it). No sound support, they say. I use ayttm, but never tried that, however. From the menus, webcam usage doesn't appear very obvious, and documentation is missing... Gnomemeeting is good too, fully Netmeeting compatible, has sound, has fluent H.323 compression streaming, but it's something else; doesn't work with yahoo webcam.
