Hi, I found this site http://www.freeplaytv.org/ which has recommendations on what to buy: "By far one of the most expensive components is the VGA to NTSC converter. Don't even consider using your existing TV-OUT on a Video card. The video quality suffers from not having enough overscanning & other traits."
