Cheap grabbercard with 2 composite

Hi folks!

I need to get a cheap BTTV grabbercard with two+ composite inputs. I 
looked at Osprey 100 but it was very expencive. I have usually used 
cards with one composite and one s-video, but I think it's not possible 
to convert from composite to yc (from yc to composite is ok). Any 
suggestions?

Another question. Which bt-chipset is the prefered one regarding quality?
