mencvcd problem

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I am trying to transcode a mpeg2 recording by a Hauppaugge PVR 350 card to VCD using mencvcd. The command I use is:

[wei@Baden wei]$ ./mencvcd Dave Dave.mpg -tvnorm p -vfr 3 -a 2

The transcoding starts but after approx. 1900 s it stops with an error message:

A:1926,8 V:2100,0 A-V:-173,177 ct:-174,995 52494/52494 171% 835% 3,2% 21225 0

Maybe you are playing a non-interleaved stream/file or the codec failed?
For AVI files, try to force non-interleaved mode with the -ni option.

This error is reproducable. It always stops at this point. The error occurs with other recordings too. All recordings can be played without any problems.

Any ideas what might cause this error? I tried the -ni option with no success.

Thanks for any help,

Ralf
