That I expected Tom, I just have NDI how to do it.  Here in the states 
its a 75 u-second pre-emphasis for both tv and fm radio.  Is this 
possibly something that can be passed in modules.conf as an option 
statement?  Or do I need to actually open a copy of vim on the 
sources and rebuild the kernel?
