I meant winnov traveler card, which is a kinda supported under linux ( I dont know how much stable it is, but I found something over the web.). My main goal is to plug an external camera to a device, which can be plugged to the USB, PCMCIA or firewire port. I`ve asked because v4l support is a must for this application. Best regards, and thanks. --- Pawel Pyk <ppyk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > At this moment we are plaing with CapView, USB > capture device by LifeView. > Does not work with xawtv but seams to work with v4l > itself. > > Seams to be more of USB devices like v.cap by Grand. > But I would not expect > high frame rates from USB devices. > > DV (Digital Video == FireWire).
