Flyvideo 3000, sa7134, version 0.2.6 to 0.2.8:

After a few days uptime (random though), I can be in the process of
changing channels, moving the xawtv screen off my current desktop, turning
on xawtv, or starting a recording (sometimes even just a random time
after recording has started - but never (so far) when left on its own
watching the xawtv screen), I will lose the video. Audio keeps going fine,
and I can hear it changing channels/changing radio/TV mode fine.

>From this point on, I can't do anything to get the video back. It is just
a black screen in xawtv (with transcode etc just giving something like
VIO????? errors a few times a second, and mplayer giving a few blank green
frames a second). I quit the clients and restart, unload all the modules
and let them reload again, etc.

I looked at the code, there seems to be extensive hardware resetting going
on in the appropriate places, is it a case of my computer's CPU/bus/video
card being a bit too slow (500MHz AMD KII, MS5169 mobo, S3Virge something
video card from 1999 or so vintage), and getting itself into a strange
state, or something else specific to my slow computer/crap video card?
Is there any chance of getting the code to even more thouroughly resetting
the required hardware?

Give me a yell for what more information to give you, and I will grab it
from home (with a 1 day turnaround). I haven't noticed anything abnormal
in my logs, certainly nothing happens the moment the video dissapears.
