Integrated images

Hi all,

I'm a bit of a newbie to all this video4linux stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm running a CCD camera through a Pinnacle DC10 plus frame grabber card with Xawtv as the interfacing application. Although everything seems to be working fine I am using this CCD camera as part of an astronomical project which I'm currently working on in college and I need to integrate the frames grabbed each second into much brighter images which are outputted every second (kind of like a long exposure on regular photo film). Is there any software out there which can be used to do this in Linux???

Thanks in advance,

Gregg Hallinan.
