bttv 0.9.x should be easy as the remap_page_range() changes are
backported from 2.5.x and bttv 0.9.x already has #ifdefs to build on
both 2.4.x and 2.5.x kernels.  You likely just have to change the
"#if KERNEL_VERSION_CODE ... " lines to make it compile and work.

yes. 0.7.106 should be fine, older versions have problems.
