Tux Racer (which I had never tried before) does seem to be excessively slow, so I guess the 3d accelaration does not work. I have no help here. But do you have problem with the 3D hardware aceleration?? Any idea?? Thanks On Thu, 2003-05-22 at 17:54, Ziegler, Lynn wrote: > > I have the same board and installed the ATI.2 files from GATOS. I was immediately able to use xawtv. (I did not install km as I was not then interested in video capture, although that is on my projects list.) However, I also installed ATI.2 on another machine with an older All-In-Wonder based on an older chip and it didn't seem to work. Just on a whim, I copied my .xawtv file from my Radeon 7500 machine (which worked) to the other machine and it immediately worked just fine. In case that is your problem, I have attached my .xawtv file here as well. Hope this helps. > > Lynn > > -----Original Message----- > From: Mauricio Henriquez [mailto:buho-1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Thu 5/22/2003 3:10 PM > To: video4linux-list@xxxxxxxxxx > Cc: > Subject: ATI AIW Radeo 7500 V4L Please Help > Hi: > My name is Mauricio and I write from Chili. > Recently I install RH8 and GATOS drivers for ATI all-in-wonder Radeon > 7500 and the km modules for have the ati device as video4linux standar > device.
